The first day was… pretty normal actually.
There was a misunderstanding (?) about which block I really
belong to, but after a multitude of staircases and a few questions, I finally
got to know the real block.
Honestly, I am quite relaxed, since my schedule’s pretty
lenient. I mean, in high school, my classes were from 8 am to 11 am, lunch
break, then 1 pm to 5 pm.
But today my classes went from 10 am to 1 pm, lunch break,
then 4 pm to 6 pm! Too lax compared to high school!
I met a few professors today. They give off this,
I-am-a-professional aura that I have to adapt to. They try to be friendly, but
I can see through them and know that they are merciless and highly
professional.
Or maybe I’m just intimidated. Most probably, I am.
How about friends? I didn’t meet new ones. I was able to
talk to my old high school classmates, who are now my college batchmates. But
no, no new ones. I don’t know… I’m supposed to be friendly and blah, I’m gonna
make friends for sure.
Well. That’s it. Nothing new. Just an ordinary first college
day.
