Because if it is, then I haven't blogged for 'such a long time.'
So let me just update you of things happening at school recently.
High School Month celebration is now just a week away and students have been practising--a lot.
Practising for the cheer dance competition, the street dance competition, the modern dance competition, singing competition, and a whole lot more.
There hasn't been a consistent day of classes the past week.
Which is sad and boring.

Greetings and Sensorimotory Thingamajigg
To Miss Donna Vargas, happy birthday.
(I had to greet her here because I was well fed on her birthday party technically two days ago.)
(I also have to apologize since I didn't give her any presents.)
I'm sorry if you can't take home your present Miss Donna ;)
Well anyway.
I took a test earlier, or yesterday.
It was one of the weirdest tests I've ever taken.
It's composed of 250+ items, a hundred of which aren't subject related.
Those items are for testing my mind power... sensorimotor, self-inventory, and other names. I can't recall, I don't really want to.
So, how was the test?
Let's say, without those abstract reasoning-ish part of the test, I'd say I aced it.
But sadly, I'm not as confident as I should be with the results.
Yet, my hopes are still high, not that high though, but still high enough.

Failure, again
The Jumpers (me and my best mates) tried out on a modern dance audition, of which chosen ones will perform for the High School Celebration.
I wasn't accepted whilst the rest of the Jumpers were accepted. Oh, right, except another one.
So both of us weren't accepted.
But the rest were.
I must say, I was very disappointed with myself.
There is a deeper story within this, but all the same, the disappointment dwells inside me.
I'm now teased as an emo, probably because my tone's less alive and I make less jokes.
Well. I guess that's ok.

Unpacking (Back from Baguio)
Yep. Back from Baguio.
T'was such a short time. No internet with me the whole time! I wasn't able to blog at all about stuff.
Stuff I kinda forgot already.
But mainly, this post will be about the exam, the main purpose why I went to Baguio.
I mentioned about taking two entrance tests—but I only took one. We were late for the other test, along with sour grapes.
The other exam, which is from the better school, was super-easy. Piece of cake!

Packing up
We'll go to Baguio tomorrow. (Come on, you gotta know Baguio if you know a tad bit about the Philippines.)
But no, it's not for vacation.
We'll be taking two entrance tests from two different universities.
I'm not expecting much, but I'm open to surprises.
I'll be staying there for two days and a night.
This will be quite an adventure, since this will be the FIRST time I'll be going to somewhere almost two hours away from home.
And even though we have our lodging plans, there's still a percentage of uncertainty that everything won't go according to plan.
Not that I'm wishing for it. ;)

Tardiness makes more waste than haste
We were given English homework last Friday. It was about figures of speech. We were asked to give at least 20, and give 2 examples each. (really I gotta stop using numbers rather than letters)
And me, being the lazy little anus I am, didn't do it until earlier.
English was our first period in the afternoon.
We were dismissed early from our morning classes, and I had to go home early to rush the assignment.
It took me about an hour and a half to finish.
I came to school forty minutes late.
I missed the checking of the homework, and the awesome reading aloud of our given examples for each figure of speech.
I missed it.
I might not have shown regret, but it's all over my innards.
But anyway, my homework was still accepted, and all's well for that matter.

USTET
...stands for University of Santo Tomas Entrance Test.
Which is absurdy and unbelievably a piece of cake.
Literally.
No just kidding.
But seriously.
It was easy. At least, it did not meet the 'difficulty level' I was expecting. It wasn't challenging at all. Not bragging at all, but really it wasn't.
I'll be so screwed if I don't pass this.

Late
Again. Late for first period.
It's really irritating.
This day, I'm not JUST late for the first period.
Today, we are supposed to take our departmental test in Math, which is our first subject in the morning.
I was.. 40 minutes late.
But I'm not the panic-now-scream-scream-panic kind of person. I acted all cool and unaffected, while deep inside, I was panicking.
Good thing, my Math teacher is a nice person—she let me take the exam later that day.
Except, I have to do it in 30 minutes.
Bleh, that was enough, I was able to finish it naman.
Really, I don't like major tests welcoming me from vacation.

Finally
Today's November 2. Classes supposedly should be resuming today, but was moved to November 3. Thus, I am left with a day to do a lot of studying and homework.
Yes, finally, I'm doing some homework.
And I'm not getting distracted at all.
Nah that was a lie.
But anyway.
I should resume to doing my homework. See you all tomorrow.
