Sembreak was over.
Today's the first day of classes for second semester.
It's interesting, because the subjects I have right now are all obtained with my willpower, and also through with the favor of the online registration server, CRS.
Basically, I'm highly interested with the subjects I have today.
But there's a problem.
All of the classes are schedule early in the morning, earliest at 7 am.
The problem is, I can't wake up that early. I spent the past 6 years or so not waking up that early.
And so, I missed the 7 am class earlier.
I hope I can change my lifestyle before it's too late.
Cheers.

One day, you'll miss school—but not today. Not yet.

Oh CRS
See, we get to enroll online and see our grades online through Computer Registrated System or CRS.
When we enroll online, we make a pre-enlistment weeks before the actual enrollment period.
I am glad this was invented.
However, there's a catch. The pre-enlistment is random. You pre-enlist, but the computer system picks the student for a certain class by random. So you might not get the subjects you pre-enlisted.
Lucky for me, I was able to get most of what I wanted.

Papers
Two more papers and I'm done with first sem.
First paper is a critic paper. This will serve as my final exam for a subject.
I've already done that yesterday. Saved it on our pc.
Today our pc broke and it won't open. How grand.
So I'm on my mom's laptop right now.
And since I already know what I'm gonna type for the critic paper, I decided to do the other paper first, which is somewhat a reaction paper for Psychology.
What I'm supposed to do is relate our Psychology experiment to specific cases in the Philippines. Minimum of five pages. Yet I don't know what to type, since I didn't participate much in the said experiment (I was in the debating thing kasi.)
Deadline's on Tuesday. Time's 12.00 am, Monday. I'm screwed.
Just grand.

Exam week was... not much of an exam week.
So let me get this straight. I'm in UP, right?
THE UP? The university deemed as the premier university of the Philippines, and in Asia even?
Why do I have so much lax in schedules and exams?
See, I have five subjects this first semester.
And all of them didn't have final exams.
So what did they give us this exam week? Two long quizzes, a speech presentation, a theater presentation, and a critic paper.
No final exams.
And that's too lax compared to the other schools.
Anyway, I'm done with all of them except the critic paper, of which I'm gonna type later after this blog post. And after I submit this paper on Tuesday, I'm freeeeeeeeejeffreeeeeeeeee
Sembreak, Isa pa to. Our sembreak's gonna go for a month. I don't know what to do on a month of vacation =_=
Got some ideas?

And Poof!
Months and months have passed. I've adapted to the college lifestyle.
There has been so many events that happened that I don't know where to start.
Ok, let's see.
1. I joined a debating org, Argumentum.
And with Argumentum, we attended debating tournaments, such as Luzon Intervarisities and Northern Luzon Debate Council Debtour. Our team didn't win any, nor did any team from our org. But we did make it to the finals, and that's already a noteable achievement (can't explain how or why, just belieeeeeve me :) )
2. I participated on a per-bloc freshmen competition.
This includes having our class perform a 5-minute anything-we-want-to-perform-on-stage-in-front-of-so-many-people performance. Of course, I get to be the technical dude. Aaaaand we didn't win either. But it was fun indeed.

Loner
Yeah, apparently, I was a loner.
For the first three days of class, I haven't met anyone properly.
All I've been doing was going up and down the multitude of stairs of the college to work on getting a PE subject. Well, earlier this morning, I was able to secure a PE subject. So that was done.
So I gave "making friends" a shot. And it worked.
I didn't actually made friends. But at least, I got acquainted with a few people.
It was nice, having them call me by name.
